What is included with the Promotion?
The recipient will receive three days and two nights hotel stay at one of the destinations listed within promotion. All incidentals are the traveler's responsibility.
What Types of hotels or resorts are used?
The promotion uses mostly three and four star property. There are some 2 and 21/2 star properties also.
How much advance time do I need to make my vacation?
We required a minimum of 35 days notice prior to your first requested date.
Why do you require a minimum of 35 days notice with two dates and two destinations fifteen days apart?
This enables us to reserve your request. All efforts are made to reserve your first requested date and destination.
Is the voucher transferable?
Yes, the voucher is transferable prior to submitting the request form.
How long do I have until the voucher expires?
Travel must be completed on or before the expiration date
What if I need to cancel?
We require a minimum of 14 days notice for any cancellations. However, is some cases the hotel will not allow us to cancel the request. If that is the case, the voucher is void if you do not make the trip. If the hotel will allow us to reschedule the vacation, a $30 rebooking fee is required.
Can I purchase additional nights from One Stop Travel?
Yes, we will be happy to request extra nights for you. In some cases we will be able to get a discount for you.
Can I take my children?
Yes, up to two children under the age of 16 are free. Children 16 and older may be required to pay an extra person charge. The charge is around $10 to $15 per night.
Do I have to take a timeshare tour?
No, there is no timeshare tour required.
Is there any blacked out days?
All reservations are subject to One Stop Travel's availability.
Will the hotels be changed?
In some cases the hotel either changes it name or decided not to continue with the program and will not be available to One Stop Travel. In that case, we will offer a similar property for your review.
