- The Voucher is valid for a 3-day/2-night hotel stay at one of the destinations listed in the booklet or on the website at www.onestoptravel.com/haywardpromo.
- The Voucher is valid for hotel accommodations and room taxes for two adults and up to two children (age 16 and under). Travel must be completed on or before the expiration date. Only one voucher is valid per household per year. Vouchers are not valid for group tours.
- Vouchers are for hotel accommodations only and do not include transportation, meals, and/or other expenses incurred.
- To redeem your Voucher you may use the included Reservation Form or go Online at www.onestoptravel.com/haywardpromo. The Reservation Form must be completed in its entirety and must include two different travel dates and two different destinations. The requested dates must be at least 15 days apart. All reservations forms must be received at our office, via U.S. Mail, Fax, or Online, at least 35 days prior to the first requested travel date.
- Reservations are subject to availability and may have limited availability during peak holiday periods. Participating hotels may change without notice, however, an equal or greater value will be offered.
- Cancellations or changes to your confirmed reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance prior to your arrival date by contacting One Stop Travel. Do not contact the hotel directly. Please note that some reservations cannot be changed without forfeiture of your Voucher. If the requested change can be made, a $30.00 change fee will be collected by One Stop Travel. A no-show, failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled date of your confirmed reservation, will be considered a fully used Vacation Voucher and a replacement will not be issued.
- All matters arising out of the receipt and redemption of travel under this Vacation Voucher shall be construed and enforced in and with the laws of the State of Florida. This offer is void where prohibited by law.

- Vacation Vouchers are bearer instruments and are not for resale, but are fully transferable prior to completed the Reservation Form.
- One Stop Travel is an ARC approved Travel Agency.
